Mike studied at SUNY ESF while working on the Green Scapes crew, gaining hands-on experience before expanding his skills at a local design firm. Today, as a Designer/Estimator, he brings a fresh, innovative perspective to landscape design and estimating, supporting the full design-build process from creative concepts to accurate project scopes. Mike’s practical experience, attention to detail, and collaborative approach ensure every project is efficient, well-executed, and aligned with client goals.

Isaac started as a crew member and quickly rose to become head Crew Leader, bringing hands-on expertise and strong leadership to every project. He works directly with clients onsite while overseeing all aspects of hardscape projects, from reading plans and coordinating materials to keeping the team efficient and on track. With his guidance, every project runs smoothly and achieves exceptional results.

Operations Manager

Andrew started his career leading a Green Scapes crew before transitioning to Operations Manager in 2018, bringing hands-on experience and strong leadership to the role. He supervises all crews and oversees materials, equipment, deliveries, and yard operations while coordinating with sales and office teams to optimize scheduling and project costs. Andrew ensures both field and office operations run smoothly, delivering high-quality, efficiently executed projects.

Business Operations Manager

Sales Coordinator • Designer

Beth combines over 30 years of extensive horticultural knowledge with strong design expertise to lead and support projects from concept through completion. As the primary point of contact for service clients, she coordinates scheduling, materials, and documentation, and keeps projects running smoothly behind the scenes. Working closely with the operations and design teams, Beth plays a key role in delivering organized, efficient, and high-quality results every day.

Todd has been a leader in the landscape and construction industries since 1980 and has owned Green Scapes Inc. since 1989. He oversees both the retail sales and design/build divisions, bringing nearly five decades of experience and leadership to every aspect of the business.
